Bryn Mohn is a Registered Dietitian in Charlotte, North Carolina focusing on eating disorder treatment and helping those to heal relationships with food and achieve body neutrality using a non-diet approach.
She attended Appalachian State University to complete her undergraduate and masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her Dietetic Internship in Charlotte at Atrium Health as well as the Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders where her interest in intuitive eating and weight neutral principles were strengthened.
Bryn enjoys busting myths that cause food fears using evidence based research as well as showing others that “All Foods Fit”. She believes that personalized attention and care to each individual as well as meeting clients where they are at is extremely important in the Nutrition Care Process.
Her passions other than nutrition include being with family and furry friends, playing board games and doing puzzles. She also loves spending time outdoors as well as relaxing on the couch watching TV, because life is about balance!
