Sarah believes everyone can have a renewed relationship with food that leans into curiosity and internal wisdom and withdraws from rigidity and rules. She is passionate about creating a judgement free, collaborative space for you to unpack your beliefs about your body and relationship with food.
In her free time Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband Sam, their German Shepherd, and their two bunnies. She’s also always enjoyed cooking and loves cooking for others and finding new foods to try!
