Allie Richardson is a Registered Dietitian at Enhance Nutrition Associates. Allie graduated with a BS in Dietetics at Iowa State University in May of 2017. She completed her dietetic internship the following year based out of Charlotte, NC in and has been an RD since 2018. Allie began her career in the hospital setting where she has an extensive background working with different acute and chronic illnesses. It was in the hospital setting that Allie began to realize she wanted to make a long lasting impact on her patients and help them improve their relationship with their bodies and food. Allie has now has been working with Enhance Nutrition Associates since 2019 and specializes in eating disorders and disordered eating amongst different genders, age groups, and backgrounds. Allie loves working with each individual client to help meet them where they are at nutritionally and hone in on their specific needs. She also works with other medical nutrition therapy needs which include pregnancy, postpartum, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, and gut health. She works closely with the client and their families to set up a detailed plan for the client including dietary recommendations based on conditions, meal planning, and support among the family.
Fun Facts about Allie is she is originally from Des Monies, IA. When Allie so not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, Sam, her son Calvin, and her dog, Millie. Allie moved from Charlotte, NC to Bozeman, MT in the summer of ’22 and loves being outdoors (hiking, skiing, swimming, walking, yard work, all of it!). Allie enjoys crocheting in her free time, watching sports, and most nights you can find her with her feet up on the couch watching a TV show with a bowl of ice cream.
