Intuitive Eating

Intuitive Eating is a holistic approach to eating that encourages individuals to listen to their body's natural hunger and fullness cues rather than relying on external diet rules or restrictions. Intuitive eating promotes self-trust, body acceptance, and the freedom to enjoy all types of food without guilt. It focuses on cultivating a healthy, balanced relationship with food.

The 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating are:

1. Reject Diet Culture.

2. Honor Your Hunger.

3. Make Peace with Food.

4. Discover the Satisfaction Factor.

5. Feel Your Fullness.

6. Challenge the Food Police.

7. Cope with Emotions with Kindness.

8. Respect your Body.

9. Movement - Feel the Difference.

10. Honor Your Health - Gentle Nutrition.
