Dylan Carson is a Registered Dietitian in Alabama specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, intuitive eating, a non-diet approach to sports/performance, and nutrition rehabilitation. Dylan works with clients from all backgrounds and a wide range of ages from adolescence to adults to offer nutrition counseling.
Dylan graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed his Master’s in Nutrition Science and Dietetics from UAB as well. During this time, Dylan discovered his passion for helping those diagnosed with eating disorders and those looking to mend their relationship with food.
Dylan began his career as a Registered Dietitian in an eating disorders residential treatment facility in Birmingham helping clients make peace with food, movement, and their body. He believes everyone deserves an opportunity to find this peace by rejecting rigidity, guilt, and shame and looks forward to working with you to do just that.
In his spare time, Dylan enjoys participating in outdoor activities like archery, hiking, snowboarding, camping, conservation, and going for walks with his wife, Heather.
